建设高质量教育体系是党中央作出的重大决策部署,应用型本科高校必须准确识变、科学应变、主动求变,聚焦高质量发展的内外形势,突出发展导向与问题导向,围绕高质量教育体系强化战略设计与战略要点,在“十四五”开局之年推进重点领域和关键环节率先突破,探索创新特色鲜明、示范引领、契合实际、全面发展的高质量应用型本科教育体系,形成高质量发展格局和一流发展态势,为其他教育领域建设高质量教育体系提供思路、方案。
