福建省产业结构优化对绿色发展效率影响的实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Impact of Industrial Structure Optimization on the Efficiency of Green Development in Fujian Province

经测算,福建省产业结构合理化水平逐年提高,并向高级化发展;福建省绿色发展效率波动上升,但近几年略有下降。采用福建省1995—2017年的相关数据,实证检验产业结构优化对绿色发展效率的影响。结果表明,福建省产业结构合理化和高度化对绿色发展效率具有显著的促进作用,城镇化提升了绿色发展效率,而经济发展水平对绿色发展效率具有负向影响。因此,福建省应不断推进产业结构优化,注重生态环境保护,大力发展绿色经济,鼓励绿色技术创新,进一步提升绿色发展效率。

According to the calculation,the rationalization level of industrial structure in Fujian Province has been increasing year by year and is developing towards a higher level;the efficiency of green development in Fujian Province fluctuates upward,but declined slightly in recent years.Based on relevant data of Fujian province from 1995 to 2017,this paper empirically tests the impact of industrial structure optimization on green development efficiency.The results show that the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure in Fujian Province has a significant role in promoting the efficiency of green development.Urbanization improves the efficiency of green development,while the level of economic development has a negative impact on the efficiency of green development.Fujian Province should continuously promote the optimization of industrial structure,pay attention to ecological environment protection,vigorously develop green economy,and encourage green technology innovation,so as to improve the efficiency of green development.
