Checking Methods of Flange Leakage During Pipeline Stress Analysis

法兰作为管道系统的重要组成件,其是否泄漏关系到工业装置现场运行的安全。本文基于CAESAR II软件,介绍了3种校核法兰泄漏的方法,对比了各方法的校核原理,讲解了在CAESAR II软件中的校核操作步骤。通过实例对比了3种校核方法的分析计算结果,并总结推荐了校核法兰泄漏的常用流程。

Flange is an important component of the pipeline system.Its leakage is crucial for safe operation of industrial plants.This paper introduces three methods of checking flange leakage based on CAESAR II software,compares the principles of each method,and explains how to conduct the inspection in CAESAR II by each method.Through comparing the calculation and analysis results of the 3 methods by a real example,a common process of checking flange leakage is summarized.
