摘要
介绍了微污染地表水制备除盐水的工艺流程,分析了微污染地表水在制备除盐水时,制备率下降及化学清洗频繁的主要原因,结合实际工程经验,提出了有效保护超滤及反渗透膜,以及减少超滤的碱清洗、反渗透的化学清洗用量、维护正常稳定的制备率、节约一次水的具体措施。
This paper introduces the process of preparing demineralized water with micro-polluted surface water,analyzes the main reasons for low preparation rate and frequent chemical cleaning while preparing demineralized water with micro-polluted surface water,and puts forward concrete measures to effectively protect membranes of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis,reduce the amount of alkali cleaning for ultrafiltration and chemical cleaning for reverse osmosis,maintain normal and stable preparation rate and save primary water.
