摘要
液氮洗工艺由于其气体净化度高,被广泛应用于大型合成氨装置气体精制上,介绍了回收液氮洗火炬气的优化改造情况。通过分析实际运行现状,查找火炬气回收点,对工艺加以改造、实施,将火炬气排放气改为锅炉供燃料气,既减少了能量的浪费,又产生了一定经济效益。实践证明,该改造完全可以满足装置需求。
Due to its high gas purification efficiency,liquid nitrogen washing process is widely applied in large-scale ammonia synthesis plants for gas refining.This article introduces the optimization of flare gas recovery in the liquid nitrogen washing unit.The recovery process is modified by analyzing actual operations,identifying recovery points of flare gas,and using the flare gas emission as boiler fuel gas,which not only saves energy waste,but also generates certain economic benefits.Practice shows that the modification fully meets demands of the plant.
