影响煤制乙二醇加氢催化剂使用寿命的因素及应对措施分析 被引量:2

摘要 经过大量工业化运行后,煤制乙二醇技术已经比较成熟,草酸二甲酯(DMO)加氢催化剂使用寿命短的难题成为制约煤制乙二醇成本的瓶颈,因此,如何延长DMO加氢催化剂的使用寿命成为煤制乙二醇企业重点研究的方向。结合同类型装置生产运行经验,分析了升降温速率、升降压速率、装置开停车及负荷大幅度调整、DMO进料水含量、DMO进料杂质含量、DMO进料浓度、氢酯摩尔比和催化剂床层温度等对DMO加氢催化剂使用寿命的影响,并提出优化改进措施。 After a lot of industrialization,coal-to-EG technology has become relatively mature,but short service life of the oxalate dimethyl ester(DMO)hydrogenation catalyst remains a bottleneck in reducing the cost of coal-to-EG production.Therefore,how to extend the service life of DMO hydrogenation catalyst has become a key research for coal-to-EG enterprises.Based upon the production and operation experiences of similar plants,analysis was conducted on how the service life of DMO hydrogenation catalyst can be affected by the changing rate of temperature and pressure,plant start-up and shut-down,major load adjustment,the DMO feed water content,DMO feed impurity content,DMO feed concentration,mol ratio between hydrogen and ester and temperature of the catalyst bed.Optimization measures were also put forward.
