摘要 根据烟气氨法脱硫系统运行参数,对其浓缩段工况进行了分析,结果表明:溶液组分多,工况复杂,亚硫酸铵盐氧化率容易波动。针对氧化率的控制,提出了加酸强制调整的措施,取得明显效果。 Analysis of the concentration section is conducted based on the operating parameters of the flue gas ammonia desulfurization system,and results show that the solution has too many composites,with complex working conditions,thus the oxidation rate of ammonium sulphite tends to fluctuate.To control the oxidation rate,measures like adding acid for intervened adjustment were put forward,which reached obvious effect.
