含有机物企业废水中重金属测定的应用研究

摘要 主要目的是对环境监测中遇到的含有机物企业废水重金属的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定的应用研究。将含有机物企业废水直接进样到原子吸收石墨炉中,在石墨炉升温程序中增加一个加热程序,来代替样品消解的过程。通过优化石墨炉干燥、灰化、原子化温度和时间,在石墨炉内完成消解和测定整个过程。同时采用湿法消解对样品进行测试比对。结果表明:在最佳仪器测试条件下,镉在0.0~2.0μg/L范围内,相关系数为0.9995,最低检出限为0.06μg/L,相对标准偏差不大于3.0%,加标回收率为93%~107%,与湿法消解相比相对偏差不大于3%,该方法简单、快速、安全、准确,具有一定的实用价值。 The main purpose of this experiment is to study the application of Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry in the determination of heavy metals in wastewater containing organics encountered in environmental monitoring.The waste water containing organic matter is directly injected into atomic absorption graphite furnace,a heating procedure is added in the heating process of the graphite furnace to replace the process of sample digestion.Through the optimization of the temperature and time of drying,ashing and atomization in the graphite furnace,digestion and determination of the whole process were completed in the graphite furnace.At the same time,the samples were tested and compared by wet digestion.The results showed that under the best test conditions,in the range of 0.0~2.0μg/L,the correlation coefficient of Cadmium was 0.9995,the limit of detectionⅠwas 0.06μg/L,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was lower than 3.0%.The recovery of standard addition was 93%~107%.Compared with the wet digestion,the relative deviation was lower than 3%.The method is simple,fast,safe and accurate,and has certain practical value.
