摘要
为了分析造成蒙自市本次污染的原因。利用地面环境空气质量监测数据、地面气象数据、探空资料综合分析了此次污染过程与气象条件之间的相互关系,卫星遥感火点监测资料和HYSPLIT-4模式分析了此次过程大气污染物的来源及输送路径。结果表明:东南亚国家生物质焚烧排放污染物的长距离输送是造成蒙自市此次污染的主要原因。另外,受静止锋(弱冷空气)影响,蒙自市逆温状态稳定、大气湍流作用微弱,不利于气流的垂直运动,不利于污染物在随风飘移过程中不断向四周扩展,加剧了污染物的累积,从而导致持续污染。因此,在外源传输影响无法控制前提下,建议下一步通过坚持精准治污、科学治污、依法治污,强化污染天气预判、夯实应急减排措施、加强环境执法监管等手段做好内源防控。
In order to analyze the causes of air pollution in Mengzi.Based on the ground ambient air quality monitoring data,ground meteorological data and radiosonde data,the relationship between the pollution process and meteorological conditions were analyzed,and the source and transport paths of air pollutants in this process were analyzed by using satellite remote sensing fire point monitoring data and HYSPLIT-4 model.The results showed that the long-distance transportation of pollutants from biomass incineration in Southeast Asian countries was the main cause of this pollution in Mengzi.In addition,affected by the static front(weak cold air),Mengzi city has a stable temperature inversion and weak atmospheric turbulence,which is not conducive to the vertical movement of airflow,and is not conducive to the continuous expansion of pollutants in the process of drifting with the wind,which intensifies the accumulation of pollutants,leading to continuous pollution.Therefore,under the premise that the impact of external transmission can not be controlled,it is suggested that in the next step,we should adhere to accurate pollution control,scientific pollution control,and pollution control according to law,strengthen the prediction of pollution weather,strengthen emergency emission reduction measures,and strengthen environmental law enforcement and supervision.
