2000〜2019年北京市生态环境状况评价和趋势分析

Assessment and Trend Analysis of Ecological Environment Condition in Beijing from 2000 to 2019

采用生态环境部2015年新的《生态环境状况评价技术规范》(HJ192-2015),分析2000、2005、2010、2015和2019年北京市生物丰富度、植被覆盖、水网密度、土地胁迫、污染负荷指数等生态环境状况分指数的变化,分实际区县数量和等效区县数量评价2000-2019年北京市生态环境质量状况。结果显示:按照市区实际数量和等效数量,2000-2019年北京市生态环境状况变化情况存在一定差别。总体上来说,2000~2019年北京市生态环境状况有明显的变好趋势,生态环境状况的改善主要发生在2000-2005年。

According to the new Technical Specification of Ecological Environment Condition Assessment(HJ192-2015)issued by the ecological environment ministry in 2015,this paper analyzed the changes of the ecological index of Beijing such as biological richness,vegetation coverage,river resource density,land deterioration and pollution load index in 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2019,and evaluated the ecological environment quality status of Beijing from 2000 to 2019 by the number of the actual and equivalent districts and counties.The results showed that according to the actual number and equivalent number of urban areas,there were some differences in the changes of ecological environment in Beijing from 2000 to 2019.In general,the ecological environment condition in Beijing from 2000 to 2019 showed an obvious trend of improvement,and the ecological environment condition was mainly improved from 2000 to 2005.
