摘要
在四川省"三线一单"划分结果的基础上,依据《成都市龙泉山城市森林公园保护条例》和《"三线一单"编制技术要求(试行)》,结合龙泉山城市森林公园现有实际及评估结果,进一步调整了"三区"边界,优化和细化了区域环境管控单元,编制了龙泉山城市森林公园生态环境准入负面清单,构建了符合龙泉山城市森林公园实际的分区环境管控体系,维护区域生态环境安全。
Based on the results of"Three lines and one list"division in Sichuan Province,according to the regulations of Chengdu Longquan Mountain Urban Forest Park Protection and the Technical Requirements for the Compilation of"Three lines and one list"(Trial),combined with the existing practice and evaluation results of Longquan Mountain Urban Forest Park,this study further adjusted the boundary of the"three zones",optimized and refined the regional environmental control units,compiled the negative list of ecological environment admittance for Longquan Mountain Urban Forest Park,constructed a regional environmental control system in accordance with the reality of Longquanshan Urban forest Park.In order to maintain the safety of regional ecological environment.
