基于灰色聚类法的生态环境满意度评价——以四川省11个市(州)为例

Evaluation of Ecological Environment Satisfaction Based on Gray Clustering Method——Taking 11 Cities and States in Sichuan Province as Example

为科学合理评价公众对生态环境的满意度,在开展生态环境督察公众满意度调查的基础上,采用灰色聚类法对调查结果进行评价,并结合评价结果对各市(州)政府环保工作和环境质量现状给出了针对性的建议。结果表明遂宁、阿坝州、甘孜州、乐山和雅安5个市(州)的公众生态环境满意度评价结果为满意;成都、广元、自贡和攀枝花4个市的评价结果为基本满意;广安和眉山2个市的评价结果为一般满意。政府环保投诉有效解决性和声环境质量问题为全省层面的共性问题。

In order to evaluate the public satisfaction with the ecological environment scientifically and reasonably,on the basis of the public satisfaction survey of ecological environment inspectors carried out in 11 cities(states)in Sichuan Province as determined by the provincial inspectorate,the grey clustering method was used to evaluate the survey results.Combined with the evaluation results,the paper put forward specific proposals for the current status of environmental protection work and environmental quality of each city and state government.According to the results of the survey,the public satisfaction with the ecological environment in Suining,Aba,Ganzi,Leshan and Ya’an is satisfactory,the public satisfaction in Chengdu,Guangyuan,Zigong and Panzhihua is basically satisfactory,and the public satisfaction in Guang’an and Meishan is generally satisfactory.In conclusion,the issues of effective solutions of government environmental complaints and the quality of sound environment are common problems at the provincial level.
