基于引文网络和个人影响因子的作者影响力评价研究

Author Influence Measurement Based on Citation Networks and Personal Impact Factor

为全面评价作者的学术影响力,本文结合引文指标与文献的引用关系数据,构建基于引文网络的作者影响力评价指标。提出作者影响力评价指标——个人结构影响因子(Personal structure impactfactor简称为PSIF),该指标基于引文网络,结合评价指标修正个人影响因子(Corrected personal impact factor简称为CPIF)综合评价作者学术影响力。实证研究表明,PSIF综合了作者合作层面与作者产出层面的学术影响力,与特征向量中心度、H指数具有高度相关性,对传统评价指标具有优秀的替代作用,同时PSIF有利于评价青年作者的学术影响力及能够预测作者未来学术影响力。

In order to accurately and efficiently evaluate the author’s comprehensive academic influence,the paper combines the citation index with the citation relation data of the author’s literature,and constructs the author’s influence evaluation index based on the citation network.The paper proposes Personal Structure Impact Factor(PSIF),an evaluation index of author’s influence.Based on citation network,Corrected Personal Impact Factor(CPIF)is combined with evaluation index to comprehensively evaluate author’s academic influence.Empirical studies show that PSIF combines the academic influence at the level of author cooperation and the level of author output.PSIF is highly correlated with the eigenvector centrality and H index and plays an excellent substitute role for traditional evaluation indexes.Meanwhile,PSIF is conducive to evaluating the academic influence of young authors and predicting the influence of authors in the future.
