国外高校图书馆科学数据素养教育述评与启示 被引量:2

摘要 旨在借鉴国外高校图书馆科学数据素养经验与实践对我国开展数据素养教育提供参考。以Web of Science、知网为数据源,采用网络与文献调研法对国外高校图书馆科学数据素养教育相关文献进行梳理。从科学数据素养的概念与内涵,教育模式、教育内容与数据素养教育参与主体进行分析。我国高校图书馆作为数据素养教育主体,应发挥自身馆员和馆藏资源优势,重视科学数据素养教育,培养数据馆员;遵循科研数据生命周期理论,以需求为驱动,设计丰富的科学素养教育模式和内容;完善相关法规和政策体系,形成法律与政策两者之间的最优配制,支持和引导科学数据管理与服务。 The paper aims to learn from the experience and practice of scientific data literacy of foreign university libraries to provide reference for my country’s data literacy education.Using Web of Science and CNKI as the data source,Internet and literature research methods were used to sort out relevant literature on the scientific data literacy education in foreign university libraries.The paper analyzes the concept and connotation of scientific data literacy,education mode,education content and data literacy education participants.As the main body of data literacy education,Chinese university libraries should give full play to their own advantages in librarians and collection resources to attach importance to scientific data literacy education and train data librarians;follow the theory of scientific research data life cycle and design rich scientific literacy education models and content driven by demand;improve relevant laws and regulations and policy systems,form the optimal configuration between law and policy,as well as support and guide scientific data management and services.
