摘要
依据“暑期滑坡”理论,比较分析中外公共图书馆、学校、家庭等通过阅读干预缩小暑期学力鸿沟的实践与经验,反思我国暑期阅读活动存在馆校家联动不够紧密、项目品牌化运作欠缺、政策资金保障有待完善、关联理论研究较少等问题,认为要重视暑期学力丢失的风险和馆—校—家多方阅读干预的作用,提出馆—校—家联动规避“暑期滑坡”风险、创新课程优化暑期阅读品牌、健全政策资金保障机制、重视宣传和阅读奖励鼓励参与等观点,全力保障、多方参与、创新融合,减少“暑期滑坡”,提升阅读能力,助推全民阅读。
Based on the theory of“summer slide”,the paper comparatively analyzes the practice and experience of domestic and foreign public libraries,schools,families and so on to narrow the gap of summer learning through reading intervention,and reflects on the existing problems of our summer reading activities in the following aspects:Library-School-Home linkage,project brand operation,policy and funding and relevance theory study.It is necessary to pay attention to the risk of the loss of summer academic ability and the role of Library-School-Home in reading intervention,avoid the loss of summer academic ability by Library-School-Home activities,create high quality summer reading brand,perfect policy funds safeguard mechanism,pay attention to the publicity and encourage reading and so on.It should make every effort to ensure that all parties participate and make innovations and integration to reduce the“summer slump”in order to improve reading ability and encourage the whole people to read.
