摘要
广州鱼珠某超高层塔楼存在超高、跨层墙柱、扭转不规则和楼板不连续等超限项。运用各有限元分析软件,对其结构做弹性分析、静力弹塑性分析和屈曲分析等,根据分析结果,相应采取:提高跨层墙柱纵筋和箍筋配筋率;提高核心筒剪力墙收进部位上下层墙体水平、竖向钢筋配筋率;提高底部加强区剪力墙墙体水平、竖向钢筋配筋率等措施。本塔楼满足竖向荷载和风荷载作用下的有关指标,同时实现达到设定的C级抗震性能目标。为实现更好的建筑室内功能和更优的经济性,外框柱用叠合柱。结合实际地质,基础用墩基础。
There are super height,cross floor wall column,torsion irregularity and floor discontinuity in a tower in Yuzhu Guangzhou.The elastic analysis,static elastoplastic analysis and buckling analysis of the structure are carried out by using various finite element analysis software.According to the analysis results,measures should be taken:increase the reinforcement ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and stir‐rup of cross floor wall column;increase the reinforcement ratio of horizontal and vertical reinforcement of upper and lower wall at the re‐tracted part of core tube shear wall;increase the reinforcement ratio of horizontal and vertical reinforcement of shear wall at the bottom rein‐forcement area.The tower meets the relevant indexes under vertical load and wind load,and achieves the set C-level seismic performance target.In order to achieve better indoor function and better economy,composite columns are used for outer frame columns.Combined with the actual geology,the foundation is pier foundation.
