摘要
在高压富水带的山区隧道施工过程中,隧道断面常出现高压涌水的现象,为解决高压富水破碎带大量涌水的问题,研究了不同注浆材料在注浆堵水中的地下水渗流和堵水效果情况。根据专家对某隧道斜井工区高压富水段施工方案进行论证,为解决高压富水段的施工问题,提出了“注浆减排、排水降压”的方法,并进一步对超前注浆堵水试验划分了其类型及相应的试验流程。在对试验结果的分析处理之后,确定了超前注浆堵水的方式及注浆材料,并证实了在“注浆减排、排水降压”的原则下,采用全断面超前注浆的方法解决水压大于6.3 MPa的富水隧道问题是可行有效的。
In the process of tunnel construction in the mountainous area with high pressure water rich zone,the phenomenon of high pressure water gushing often appears in the tunnel section.In order to solve the problem of large amount of water gushing in the broken zone with high pressure water rich zone,the groundwater seepage and water plugging effect of different grouting materials in the grouting water plugging were studied.In order to solve the construction problem of the high-pressure water-rich section in the inclined well working area of a tunnel,the method of“grouting emission reduction and drainage pressure reduction”is proposed according to the demonstration of the construction scheme of the high-pressure water-rich section by experts,and its types and corresponding test procedures are further divided for the advance grouting water plugging test.After the analysis and treatment of the test results,the water plugging method and grouting ma‐terial of advance grouting are determined,and it is proved that under the principle of“grouting emission reduction,drainage and pressure re‐duction”,the full section advance grouting method is feasible and effective to solve the problem of water-rich tunnel with water pressure greater than 6.3 MPa.
