摘要
结合广东某滨海新建道路工程,对如何解决在厚大砂层地质下水泥搅拌桩施工困难的问题展开研究,通过调整机械参数、改进钻头和调整水灰比的方法,得出水泥浆水灰比宜为0.5、水泥搅拌桩机宜选用大功率设备和采用对砂层有良好切割功能及耐磨的钻头能提高施工效率的结论。
Based on a new coastal road project in Guangdong,carried out research on how to solve the difficult problem of cement mix‐ing pile construction under the geology of thick and large sand layers.By adjusting the mechanical parameters,improving the drill bit and adjusting the water-cement ratio,the thick sand layer was successfully solved.The difficulty of drilling and lifting cement mixing piles under geological conditions has effectively improved construction efficiency and avoided material waste.
