摘要
以某天然气管道事故调查中的X80管线钢冲击试验数据为依据,采用API579-1/ASMEFFS-1(Fitness-For-Service)中的断裂力学评估程序,结合我国管线钢的相关规范和标准,推导X80管线钢的冲击豁免曲线,为今后管线钢的最低允许使用温度相关标准的修订奠定基础。
Based on the Charpy impact testing data of X80 pipeline steel in a natural gas pipeline explosion accident investigation and in combination with corresponding pipeline steel regulations and standards of China,the fracture mechanics assessment procedure in API 579-1/ASME FFS-1(Fitness-For-Service)was used to deduce the impact test exemption curves of X80 steel,which laid the foundation for the standard revision on minimum allowable temperature(MAT)of pipeline steels.
