危化品长管拖车压力监测及预警系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对我国长管拖车道路运输超压事故频发,且现有的安全泄放装置多用于超压后泄放气体而无法事前预警问题,运用压力传感器、微处理器、4G通信、OneNET云平台等技术,设计了一款危化品长管拖车压力监测及预警系统,实现了对长管拖车气瓶压力的远程实时监测,在气瓶压力过高时,能够及时预警。通过系统仿真运行试验验证,该系统功能正常,对预防长管拖车气瓶可能出现的超压失效具有一定的可行性和可靠性。 In view of the frequent overpressure accidents of long-tube trailers in China in highway transportation and use of most of the existing safety relief devices only for gas discharge after overpressure without ability to provide early warning,pressure sensors,MCU,4G communication,OneNET cloud platform and other technologies were used to design a pressure monitoring and earlywarning system for the long-tube trailer cylinders.The system can remotely monitor the pressure of hazardous chemicals in the long-tube trailer cylinders and provide timely earlywarning when the pressure in the cylinder is too high.The system functions normally through the system simulation operation tests.The result shows that the system has certain feasibility and reliability for preventing possible overpressure failure of long-tube trailer cylinders.
