摘要 深地探测、深海探测、深空对地探测战略是我国“十三五”期间国土资源科技创新发展最重要的主攻方向。本文通过分析近年来国内外地球地表系统立体探测技术的发展现状,从地面洋面、卫星航空器、井底海底三个平台剖析了国内外探测技术体系及装备发展现状;总结介绍了国内主要技术成就,并对建设我国自然资源综合观测网络体系及空天地一体化立体探测体系提出了思考建议,以期为国家立体探测技术体系建设提供帮助和借鉴。 The exploration strategy of the deep ground,deep sea and deep space to ground is the most important aspect of China’s land and resources science and technology innovation and development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.This paper analyzes the development status of dimensional exploration technology for earth surface system both abroad and at home,especially the technology system and equipment development of three platforms:ocean and surface,satellite and aircraft,and Deep wells and ocean floor.And it also offers some suggestions for the construction of a comprehensive observation network system and an integratedspace-air-ground dimensional exploration system of natural resources in China.
