摘要
步进电动机是机电控制中的一种常用执行机构。为了实现对步进电机的有效控制,提出了一种利用AT89C52单片机控制步进电动机的方案。从步进电机的控制方法、控制系统的总体设计要求上,分析了XY两坐标步进电机单片机控制系统的硬件电路和软件方案,并完成步进电动机系统的硬件和软件设计。所设计控制系统简单易行,具有较高的使用价值。
The stepper motor is a common actuator in electromechanical control.In order to realize the control requirements of stepper motor,this paper presents a design scheme of stepping motor controlled by AT89C52 single chip microcomputer.From the control method of stepper motor and the overall design requirements of the control system,this paper analyzes the hardware circuit and software scheme of the single-chip microcomputer control system of XY two-coordinate stepping motor,and completes the hardware and software design of the stepper motor system.The designed control system is simple and easy to operate,and has high use value.
