基于“目标、数据、绩效”三要素的高职院校内部质量保证体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Internal Quality Assurance System in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Three Elements of"Goal,Data and Performance"

建立常态化的内部质量保证体系建设、提升内部质量保证工作成效成为新时期高等职业院校适应社会发展,保证人才培养质量的历史使命。通过梳理“目标”“数据”“绩效”三要素的内涵及相互关系,分析构建基于“目标、数据、绩效”三要素的高职院校内部质量保证体系建设的必要性,提出了适应高职院校人才培养和质量提升的内部质量保证体系建设策略,全面提升学校综合治理水平和教育教学工作质量和水平。

To establish a normal internal quality assurance system and improve the effectiveness of internal quality assurance has become a historical mission for higher vocational colleges to adapt to social development and ensure the quality of talent training in the new era.Through combing the connotation and the mutual relationship of the three elements of"target","data"and"performance"and analyzing the necessity of the construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges based on three elements of"the goal,data,performance",this paper puts forward the internal quality assurance system construction strategy suitable for the talent training and the quality improvement of higher vocational colleges,to comprehensively improve the level of comprehensive school governance and the quality and level of education and teaching.
