摘要
双主体培养体系构建是我国职业教育产教融合的基础,也是深化职业教育改革的热点问题。根据M学院专业群校企合作基础,结合区域经济制造业特点,面向环保机械产业链,通过职教集团搭建校企双主体协同育人平台,建立双主体运行机制,实施了“双元协同、项目引领、育训结合”人才培养模式,培育了高水平“双师型”的教学创新团队,提升了专业人才培养质量和产业贡献力。
The construction of dual-subject training system is the basis of the integration of industry and education in China's vocational education,and it is also a hot issue in deepening the reform of vocational education.According to the basis of the professional group which is university-enterprise cooperation,combining with the characteristics of regional economic manufacturing,for the environmental protection machinery industry chain,through the vocational education group,we set up the school-enterprise cooperative education platform and establish double subject operation mechanism.We implement the talents training pattern"Dual Coordination,Project leading,Education and Training Combination".We cultivate a high level of"Double Type"teaching innovation team,and improve the quality of professional talents training and industrial contribution.
