基于演化博弈的智能网联汽车市场合作发展机制研究

摘要 不同类型企业跨界协同、合作创新是保障智能网联汽车产业健康和谐发展的内在要求,也是推动我国汽车工业应对增速放缓的有效措施。从探寻智能网联汽车市场稳定的合作发展机制出发,引入政府部门的经济激励因素,构建传统制造车企与互联网企业的非对称演化博弈模型,探讨各参与主体采取不同行为策略时的演化路径,分析各参数对跨界协同、合作创新结果的影响。研究结果表明,传统制造车企与互联网企业合作成本的降低、合作增值收益与知识溢出价值的增加、合作收益分配系数的合理设定以及政府的经济激励增加是推进传统制造车企与互联网企业实施跨界协同、合作创新得以成功实现的关键。并为推进智能网联汽车市场稳定的跨界协同、合作创新提出建议。 Cross-border collaboration and cooperative innovation of different enterprises are the internal requirement for ensuring the healthy and harmonious development of intelligent and connected vehicle,and also an effective measure to promote China’s automobile industry to cope with the slowdown of growth.From the perspective of exploring a stable cooperative development mechanism for intelligent and connected vehicle market,this paper introduces the economic incentive factors of government,establishes a asymmetric evolution game model between traditional manufacturing automobile enterprises and Internet enterprises,explores the evolutionary path when the participants adopt different behavioral strategies,and analyzes the influence of various parameters on the results of cross-border collaboration and cooperative innovation.The results show that the reduction of cooperation cost,the increase of cooperation value-added benefits and knowledge spillover value,the reasonable setting of cooperation income distribution coefficient and the increase of government’s economic incentive are the key for the success of cross-border cooperation and cooperative innovation between traditional manufacturing automobile enterprises and Internet enterprises.In order to promote the stable cooperative development of intelligent and connected vehicle market,relevant suggestions are put forward.
