摘要
为了解太湖轮虫群落结构的特征,于2017年7月~2018年6月对太湖梅梁湾和东太湖轮虫及理化因子进行调查。调查发现:梅梁湾N,P浓度都显著高于东太湖。梅梁湾和东太湖的轮虫年平均密度分别为81.4,17.8 ind./L;梅梁湾轮虫优势种为针簇多肢轮虫和矩形龟甲轮虫,其年平均密度分别为25.6,15.0 ind./L,而东太湖为矩形龟甲轮虫和角突臂尾轮虫,其年平均密度分别为6.1,2.2 ind./L;东太湖轮虫数量冬、春季低,夏、秋季高,而梅梁湾轮虫数量则冬、春季高,夏、秋季低。研究结果可为太湖生态系统管理提供科学依据。
To understand the characteristics of rotifer community structure in Lake Taihu,the rotifer,physical,and chemical environment factors in Meiliang Bay and East Taihu Lake were investigated from Jul.2017 to Jun.2018 in Lake Taihu.The investigation results found that the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in Meiliang Bay was significantly higher than that in East Taihu Lake.The annual average densities of rotifer in Meiliang Bay and East Taihu Lake were 81.4 ind./L and 17.8 ind./L,respectively.In Meiliang Bay,Polyarthra trigla and Keratella quadrata both were dominant species of rotifer,with annual average densities of 25.6 ind./L and 15.0 ind./L.In East Taihu Lake,Keratella quadrata and Brachionus angularis were dominant species of rotifer,with annual average densities of 6.1 ind./L and 2.2 ind./L.the abundance of rotifer in East Taihu Lake is low in winter and spring,but it was high in summer and autumn.However,the abundance of rotifer in Meiliang Bay is high in winter and spring,but it was low in summer and autumn.The investigation results provided scientific basis for the ecosystem management of Lake Taihu.
