Determination of Butyl Acrylate and 2-Hydroxyethyl Acrylate in Soil and Sediment by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

摘要 选用气相色谱-质谱仪测定土壤和沉积物中丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯。将样品冷冻干燥、研磨后加入乙酸乙酯涡旋提取、离心后再利用SH-Rxi-5Sil MS色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)进行分离,选择离子监测/全扫描(SIM/SCAN)模式,采用气相色谱质谱法测定。丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯的方法检出限为0.005~0.006 mg/kg,以空白土壤和沉积物样品为基体进行加标回收试验,2种物质的回收率分别为87.7%~110.0%和84.1%~93.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于5%。该方法具有前处理简便、分离效果好、灵敏度高和重复性好等优点,可用于土壤和沉积物中丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯的测定。 A method for the determination of butyl acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate in soil and sediment by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.The sample was freeze-dried,ground,vortexed with ethyl acetate,centrifuged,and then separated using SH-Rxi-5 Sil MS chromatographic column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),and determined by gas chromatographic mass spectrometry in SIM/SCAN mode.The detection limits of butyl acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate were 0.005~0.006 mg/kg.The blank soil and sediment samples are used as the matrix for the spike recovery test.The recovery rates of the substances were 87.7%~110.0%and 84.1%~93.0%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)were all less than 5%.This method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,good separation effect,high sensitivity and good repeatability,and can be used for the determination of butyl acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate in soil and sediment.
