基于酚醛树脂为黏结剂制备型煤及型兰炭实验研究

Experimental Study on Preparation of Briquette and Type Semi-Coke Based on Phenolic Resin as Binder

以酚醛树脂为粉煤成型工艺为黏结剂,考查了成型条件中酚醛树脂含量、成型压力、无水乙醇添加量、干燥时间对型煤冷压强度、浸水强度、浸水复干强度等指标的影响,通过单因素实验法确定了型煤制备的最佳工艺条件,采用钢甑干馏装置进一步对型煤进行干馏得到型兰炭,对型兰炭进行了工业分析和冷压强度、跌落强度、发热量的测定.研究结果表明:当酚醛树脂用量为8%(质量分数)、成型压力为6 MPa、无水乙醇添加量0.16 mL/g、干燥时间为24 h时,型煤强度达到最好,经干馏后制得型兰炭的水分、灰分、挥发分、冷压强度、跌落强度、发热量均符合陕西省洁净型煤标准的质量指标.结论可为酚醛树脂作为粉煤成型黏结剂相关工艺的开发提供一定依据.

In this paper,phenolic resin was used as the binder in the pulverized coal forming process.The influences of phenolic resin content,molding pressure,ethanol addition amount and drying time on the cold compressive strength,immersion strength and immersion re-drying strength of briquette were investigated.The optimum process conditions for briquette preparation were determined by single factor experiment method.The further dry distillation of briquette was performed by steel retort retorting device to obtain the type semi-coke.The industrial analysis of type semi-coke was carried out,and the cold pressing strength,drop strength and calorific value of type semi-coke were measured.The results show that when the dosage of phenolic resin is 8%,the molding pressure is 6 MPa,the addition amount of ethanol is 0.16 mL/g,and the drying time is 24 h,the strength of briquette is the best.The moisture,ash,volatile,cold compressive strength,drop strength and calorific value of the type semi-coke obtained after dry distillation all meet the quality indexes of Shaanxi clean briquette standard.This paper provides a certain basis for the development of phenolic resin as binder for pulverized coal forming.
