平原区地下空间资源可利用性评价研究--以济南北跨区为例

摘要 地下空间资源作为城市的重要资源,通过可利用性评价对做好城市建设和环境保护具有重要意义.以济南北跨区为例,按照目标层—指标层—评价因子的思路,从水体分布、水文地质条件、工程地质条件、灾害地质条件和地下空间开发利用情况等5个方面构建地下空间资源可利用性评价指标体系.采用专家打分法确定评价因子权重,以单因子GIS图分区叠加为依据划分评价单元,选取模糊数学综合评价法分别对济南北跨区浅层和次浅层地下空间资源进行可利用性分区评价.最后,根据评价结果,从地下工程类型、地下空间分区开发规划、地下空间开发方式等方面提出济南北跨区地下空间资源开发利用建议.本研究建立的适合平原区地质环境条件的地下空间资源可利用性评价体系与评价方法,可为平原区地下空间资源的利用和水资源等的保护提供参考. Underground space resource is an important and precious resource of the city,and utilizability evaluation of it is of great significance.In this paper,taking northern Jinan as an example,according to the idea of target layerindex layer-evaluation factor,the evaluation index system of underground space resource availability is constructed from water body distribution,hydrogeological conditions,engineering geological conditions,hazardous geological conditions and development and utilization of existing underground space.Ten evaluation factor grades and corresponding values are established.The weight of evaluation factor is determined by expert scoring method,and the evaluation unit is divided according to subarea overlay of single-factor GIS map.The fuzzy mathematical comprehensive evaluation method is selected to evaluate the availability of shallow and sub-shallow underground space resources.Finally,according to the evaluation results,some suggestions on development and utilization of underground space resources are proposed from the aspects of underground engineering types,subarea development and planning of underground space and underground space development methods.The evaluation model,evaluation index system and evaluation method for the availability of underground space resources can provide references for the utilization of underground space resources and the protection of water resources in plain area.
