提高城市传染病“免疫力”的规划对策探讨--基于职住平衡视角

摘要 基于传染病扩散与职住关系具有相关性的猜想,文章结合朱玮等人对职住空间关系影响传染病传播的模拟实验,及对传染病确诊人数的采集,得出职住分离促使传染病扩散的结论。职住分离引发的人员流动性强、交叉接触机会多等现象,为传染病病原体提供了一个良好的“培养皿”,使传染病在初期就呈现出高度扩散的态势,增加了传染病后期控制的难度。因此,基于提高城市长期稳定性,而不是依赖于传染病出现后的短期干预控制,提出在满足职住平衡的同时,实现提高城市“免疫力”的规划对策。 Based on the conjecture that there is a correlation between the spread of infectious diseases and the relationship between work and residence,this paper combines Zhu Wei's simulation experiment on the effect of the spatial relationship between work and residence on the spread of infectious diseases,and collects the number of confirmed infectious diseases,so as to draw the conclusion that the separation of work and residence promotes the spread of infectious diseases.The phenomenon of strong mobility of personnel and more opportunities for cross contact caused by the separation of work and residence provides a good"Petri dish"for infectious disease pathogens,which promotes the highly spread of infectious diseases in the early stage,and increases the difficulty of later control of infectious diseases.Therefore,based on improving the long-term stability of the city,rather than relying on the short-term intervention control after the emergence of infectious diseases,this paper puts forward the planning countermeasures of improving the city's"immunity"while meeting the job housing balance.
