摘要
文章基于装配式建筑的发展,引入数字化设计手段——BIM,介绍了BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用,尤其在构件的生产和现场的装配阶段,BIM技术+装配式工业化生产具有智能、低碳、可持续发展的特点。
Based on the development of prefabricated buildings,this paper introduces the digital design method of BIM.It introduces the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings and the characteristics of intelligent,low carbon and sustainable development of BIM technology+assembly industrial production especially in the stage of component production and on-site assembly.
