《四圣心源》之桂枝苓胶汤加减治疗儿童目劄的理论探讨和疗效评价

Theoretical discussion and clinical observation of modified Guizhi Lingjiao decoction from Sisheng Xinyuan on children’s frequent eye blinking

目的探讨《四圣心源》之桂枝苓胶汤加减治疗儿童目劄的理论和疗效。方法将200例小儿目劄患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。治疗组予口服桂枝苓胶汤加减,对照组予局部点玻璃酸钠滴眼液。2组均以7 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,比较2组治疗后的中医症状积分、临床疗效及复发率。结果(1)临床疗效:治疗组显效46例,好转47例,无效7例,总有效率93.0%;对照组显效28例,好转45例,无效27例,总有效率73.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.792,P=0.000);(2)中医症状评分:2组间中医症状评分分布差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=27.770,P=0.000);(3)复发率:治疗组加重或者复发5例(5.0%),对照组17例(17.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.180,P=0.013)。结论《四圣心源》之桂枝苓胶汤加减治疗儿童目劄有较好疗效。

OBJECTIVE To explore the theory and efficacy of modified Guizhi Lingjiao decoction from Sisheng Xinyuan in the treatment of children’s frequent eye blinking.METHODS A total of 200 children with frequent eye blinking were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Guizhi Lingjiao decoction,while the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Both groups were treated for two courses,with seven days as a course.Tradtional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom scores,changes of blink frequency and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.RESULTS(1)Clinical efficacy:In the treatment group,46 cases were significantly effective,47 cases were improved and seven cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.0%.In the control group,28 cases were significantly effective,45 cases were improved and 27 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 73.0%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ^(2)=12.792,P=0.000).(2)TCM symptom scores:There was significant difference in the distribution of TCM symptom scores between the two groups(χ^(2)=27.770,P=0.000).(3)Recurrence rate:There were five cases(5.0%)of exacerbation or recurrence in the treatment group and 17 cases(17.0%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.180,P=0.013).CONCLUSIONS Modified Guizhi Lingjiao decoction from Sisheng Xinyuan has good therapeutic effect on children’s frequent eye blinking.
