溶栓胶囊联合鼠神经生长因子和针刺对小儿脑瘫的治疗效果观察

The clinical efficacy of thrombolysis capsule combined with mouse nerve growth factor and acupuncture regimen in treatment of child cerebral palsy

目的观察溶栓胶囊联合鼠神经生长因子并辅以针刺方案治疗脑瘫患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月儿童康复门诊诊治的脑瘫患儿160例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组仅给予常规康复训练治疗,观察组在溶栓胶囊联合鼠神经生长因子辅助针刺方案治疗。比较2组临床疗效,并于治疗前、治疗后评估患儿外周血炎症指标、免疫指标及氧化还原指标与小儿运动功能、生活自理能力、社会适应能力。结果对照组和观察组总有效率分别为72.50%、92.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后血清炎性因子IL-4、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平,细胞免疫T淋巴细胞亚群CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平,体液免疫指标IgG、IgA、IgM水平,氧化应激指标T-SOD、Mn-SOD、CuZn-SOD水平较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后3个月运动功能、生活自理能力、社会适应能力评分均较对照组明显提高,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论溶栓胶囊联合鼠神经生长因子并辅以针刺复方案治疗脑瘫患儿疗效显著,能改善机体免疫炎性反应,提高机体免疫力,减轻机体氧化应激损伤,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thrombolysis capsule combined with mouse nerve growth factor and acupuncture regimen in treatment of child cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 160 children with cerebral palsy who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional rehabilitation training only,however,the patients in observation group were treated by thrombolysis capsule combined with mouse nerve growth factor and acupuncture regimen.The clinical effects,and the changes of inflammatory indexes,immune indexes and redox indexes,as well as the motor function,self-care ability,and social adaptability were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of the control group and observation group were 72.50%and 92.50%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,serum inflammatory factors IL-4,IFN-γ,and TNF-αlevels,cellular immune T lymphocyte subsets CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(3)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) levels,humoral immune indicators IgG,IgA and IgM levels,oxidative stress indicators T-SOD,Mn-SOD,CuZn-SOD levels in both groups were significantly improved,moreover,the improvement degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).After 3-month treatment the scores of motor function,self-care ability,and social adaptability in both groups were significantly improved,and the improvement degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The thrombolysis capsule combined with mouse nerve growth factor and acupuncture rejuvenation regimen has significant effects in treatment of child cerebral palsy,which can improve the body’s immune inflammatory response and the body’s immunity,and reduce the body’s oxidative stress damage.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
