摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定艾纳香油中β-石竹烯、石竹烯氧化物、花椒油素、β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、α-蒎烯、α-律草烯7个成分的含量,为艾纳香油质量控制提供依据。方法:采用Supersil-T C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长为202 nm;进样量为10μL;柱温为25℃;流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:β-石竹烯、石竹烯氧化物、花椒油素、β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、α-蒎烯、α-律草烯7个成分均在相应的浓度范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,r≥0.9990。平均加样回收率为98.24%~102.57%,RSD为0.54%~1.65%。结论:该研究建立的方法操作快速简便,重复性好,可用于艾纳香油的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective:To simultaneous determine the contents ofβ-caryophyllene,caryophyllene oxide,xanthoxylin,β-pinene,linalool,α-pinene andα-humulen in Blumea balsamifera oil by HPLC method,so as to provide the basis for the quality control of Blumea balsamifera oil.Methods:Using Supersil-T C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution,detection wavelength was 202 nm,injection volume was 10μL,column temperature was 25℃,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results:The above 7 components showed a good linear relationship with the peak areas in the corresponding concentration ranges,r≥0.9990.The average sample recovery rate was from 98.24%to 102.57%,RSD was from 0.54%to 1.65%.Conclusion:The method established in this study is fast,simple and reproducible,which can be used for the determination and quality control of Blumea balsamifera oil.
