米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗产后出血的效果探讨

To explore the effect of Misoprostol combined with Ergoxin maleate on postpartum hemorrhage

目的研究米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗产后出血的效果。方法以2015年1月—2019年12月130例产后出血患者为对象,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组接受马来酸麦角新碱治疗,观察组接受米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗,比较2组疗效。结果观察组治疗后0.5 h、2 h以及24 h阴道出血量均少于对照组,出血完全停止时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应发生率为6.15%,对照组不良反应发生率4.62%,差异不明显(P>0.05);观察组治疗后PT、APTT、D-D、FIB水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗产后出血可更迅速且更有效地控制出血,还能更明显提升凝血功能,且治疗安全性高。

Objective To study the effect of misoprostol combined with ergoxin maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 130 patients with postpartum hemorrhage from January 2015 to December 2019 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group received ergoxin maleate treatment,and the observation group received misoprostol combined with ergoxin maleate treatment,and the efficacy was compared.Results The vaginal bleeding in the observation group at half an hour,2 hours and 24 hours after treatment was less than that in the control group,and the time of complete cessation of bleeding was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was 6.15%in the observation group and 4.62%in the control group(P>0.05).The levels of PT,APTT,D-D and FIB in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol combined with ergoxin maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can control the hemorrhage more rapidly and more dramatically,shorten the time of complete hemostasis,and improve the coagulation function more significantly,without affecting the safety of treatment.
