微创瓷贴面与树脂充填在前牙切角缺损修复中的临床对比研究

A comparative study on the clinical effects of minimal invasive porcelain laminate veneer and resin restoration for anterior teeth with incisal angle defect

目的比较微创瓷贴面和树脂充填在前牙切角缺损修复中的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月—2019年12月重庆永川古氏口腔诊所收治的86例前牙切角缺损,但未伤及牙髓,需要进行前牙美学修复的患者作为研究对象,随机分为瓷贴面组和树脂组,每组43例,分别进行微创瓷贴面和树脂直接充填式修复。对修复后患者的满意度、修复体效果,修复前后患者心理状况进行评估。结果瓷贴面组的满意度为95.3%,高于树脂组的74.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复后6个月,瓷贴面组和树脂组的修复体脱落、边缘合适性、边缘染色差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);瓷贴面组和树脂组修复前和修复后6个月HAMA评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论微创瓷贴面对前牙缺角缺损较树脂充填有更好的患者满意度,两者均能达到较好的修复效果和减轻患者的心理焦虑程度。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of minimal invasive porcelain laminate veneer and resin restoration for anterior teeth with incisal angle defect.Methods From December 2016 to December 2019,86 Patients with incisal angle defect of anterior teeth in our clinic who did not damage the dental pulp were selected as research objects.They were divided into porcelain veneer group and resin group,43 cases in each group,and were received treating respectively.The satisfaction of the patients,the effect of the prosthesis after repair,and the psychological status of the patients before and after repair between the two groups?were evaluated.Results The satisfaction rate of porcelain veneer group was 95.3%,which was significantly higher than that of resin group(74.4%)(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,there were no significant differences in marginal adaptation,restoration retention,and marginal discoloration between the porcelain veneer group and the resin group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in HAMA scores between the porcelain veneer group and the resin group before and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05),but the mean value of HAMA scores decreased,and there was no statistically significant difference in the reduced scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minimal invasive porcelain laminate veneer has better patient satisfaction than resin restoration in anterior teeth with incisal angle defect.Both of them can achieve better therapeutic effect and reduce patients'psychological anxiety,and are worthy of clinical promotion.
