胸腰椎骨折椎体高度恢复对矢状面参数的影响

Effect of vertebral height recovery on sagittal parameters of thoracolumbar fractures

目的探讨胸腰椎骨折患者术后不同椎体高度恢复程度对其矢状面参数的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年2月—2020年3月接收的80例胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,均行经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗,术后随访6个月根据椎体高度恢复情况分成正常、一般、较差3级,对各级患者矢状面参数情况进行测量。结果经矢状面参数测定,在PI、SS、PT、LL上恢复正常<恢复一般<恢复较差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);满意度评价情况,在满意度上恢复正常>恢复一般>恢复较差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行手术治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者,不同的椎体高度恢复会影响术后矢状面参数及患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of different vertebral height recovery on sagittal parameters in patients with thoracolumbar fractures.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture who received percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation from February 2015 to March 2020.After 6 months of postoperative follow-up,they were divided into three grades according to the recovery of vertebral height:normal,average and poor.The sagittal plane parameters of patients at all levels were measured.Results Through the measurement of sagittal plane parameters,PI,SS,Pt,ll returned to normal<general recovery<poor recovery,pairwise comparison differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);satisfaction evaluation,satisfaction returned to normal>general recovery>poor recovery,pairwise comparison differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with thoracolumbar fractures,different vertebral height recovery will affect the postoperative sagittal plane parameters and patient satisfaction.
