The application value of multi-parameter MRI imaging in the diagnosis of prostate cancer

目的探究多参数MRI成像在前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法收集抚州市东乡区人民医院2018年1月—2020年12月前列腺MRI检查患者资料共60份,其中病理活检确定前列腺癌30例、前列腺增生30例,均行动态增强(DCE)、T_(2)WI、弥散加权成像(DWI)检测,对比不同检测方式的前列腺影像报告数据系统(PI-RADS)评分及诊断效能。结果前列腺增生4种检查方式的PI-RADS评分均低于前列腺癌,差异明显(P<0.05);T_(2)WI+DCE+DWI方式针对前列腺癌的诊断效能较高,其敏感度、特异度及准确度均明显高于T_(2)WI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与T_(2)WI+DWI、T_(2)WI+DCE比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列腺癌患者采用T_(2)WI+DCE+DWI诊断效能更高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of multi-parameter MR imaging in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods A total of 60 cases of prostate MR examination patients admitted to this hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were collected.Among them,30 cases of prostate cancer and 30 cases of prostate hyperplasia were confirmed by pathological biopsy,and dynamic enhancement was carried out for the patients.(DCE),T_(2)WI,and Diffusion Weighted Imaging(DWI)tests to compare the diagnostic performance of different detection methods for prostate cancer,and the basic performance and pathological results of the prostate imaging report data system(PI-RADS)v2 for prostate cancer.Results The PI-RADS scores in the diagnosis of prostate hyperplasia by the four methods were lower than those of prostate cancer patients,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);The diagnostic efficiency of T_(2)WI+DCE+DWI for prostate cancer was higher,and its sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were significantly higher than that of T_(2)WI,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with T_(2)WI+DWI and T_(2)WI+DCE detection methods,There was no statistical significance in sensitivity,specificity and accuracy(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of T_(2)WI+DCE+DWI in patients with prostate cancer is more effective and has higher clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
