基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗水肿的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Edema Based on CiteSpace

目的了解国内中医药治疗水肿的研究内容、进展、前沿以及热点,对中医药治疗水肿的发展提供参考。方法通过CNKI检索文献,运用CiteSpace软件对其领域的作者、研究机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献1279篇,发文量从1992年至2011年逐渐降低,2012年开始回升。机构合作关系以北京中医药大学为机构合作的枢纽。作者合作团队以郑宏等人为主。高频关键词有“水肿”等。关键词聚类有14个,包括“脑水肿”等。中介中心性较高的词有“名医经验”等。热点包括“名医经验”等。突现性分析有24个突现词,新兴热点有“水气病”等。结论该研究领域的机构合作、作者合作范围局限,“名医经验”“脑水肿”分别从2005年、2007年开始成为研究热点,而“水气病”“张仲景”“黄斑水肿”将成为后起之秀,新的研究热点。

Objective To understand the research content,progress,frontier and hot spots of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of edema in China,and to provide reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of edema.Methods CNKI was used to search the literature,and CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the authors,research institutions and keywords in its field.Results A total of 1279 documents were included,and the number of documents gradually decreased from 1992 to 2011 and began to rise in 2012.The institutional cooperation relationship takes Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine as the hub of institutional cooperation.The author′s cooperation team is mainly Zheng Hong and others.High frequency keywords include“edema”and so on.There are 14 keyword clusters,including“brain edema”.Words with high intermediary centrality include“famous doctor experience”and so on.Hot spots include“famous doctor experience”and so on.There are 24 emergent words in the emergent analysis,and the emerging hot spots are“water Qi disease”.Conclusion The scope of institutional cooperation and author cooperation in this research field is limited.“experience of famous doctors”and“brain edema”have become research hotspots since 2005 and 2007 respectively,while“water Qi disease”,“Zhang Zhongjing”and“macular edema”will become rising stars and new research hotspots.
