解表扩络法的辨证思路与临床应用

Discussing the Syndrome Differentiation and Clinical Application of the Method of“Jiebiao Kuoluo”

通过梳理《黄帝内经》“肺主一身之气”与“肺主身之皮毛”的关系,结合刘完素“玄府气液”学说进而探讨“肺主一身之表”不局限于皮肤的外表,提出“表分内外”,脏腑、百骸、经脉等亦有表,也受肺宣津于皮毛的治理和调节的观点。通过分析历代医案,及方剂中的配伍应用,探讨解表药“宣泄郁滞,旁达百骸”“彻内彻外,内透筋骨,外达肌表”“外以宣络脉而疏通百节,内以行孔窍而通透玄府”的宣解通透作用,阐释解表药“解表扩络”的功效,为辨证治疗临床杂症提供解表可以宽中扩络新的理论支持。

Based on the relationship between“the lung governs the Qi of the body”and the“lung governs the skin of the body”in the“Internal Classics”,combined with Liu Wansu′s theory of“Xuanfu Qi and Liquid”,the article explores that“the appearance of the lung governs the body”is not limited to the skin.Appearance puts forward the view that“expression is divided into internal and external”,and the viscera,skeletal bones,meridians,etc.also have appearances,and are also governed and regulated by the lungs and the skin.In this article,we refer to relevant literatures of ancient and modern times,analyze medical records of past dynasties,and the compatibility and application of prescriptions,and explore the anti-epidemic drugs“Catharsis stagnation,side effects”,“Through the inside and outside,through the muscles and bones inside,and reach the surface of the muscles and bones outside.”Xuanluo channel dredges hundreds of knots,and the internal circulation of the holes and orifices and permeates the Xuanfu,explains the effect of the medicine“relieves the surface and expands the collaterals”,and provides a wide range of solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical miscellaneous diseases.The effect of Antipyretic Drug“Jiebao Kuoluo”provide theoretical support for clinical dialectical treatment of difficult and complicated diseases.
