面向大型群体的全流程核酸检测管理系统设计与构建

Design and Construction of a Full-process Nucleic Acid Detection Management System for Large Populations

上海市卫生健康委积极融合互联网思维和智能化手段,研发全市统一的核酸检测管理系统,构建“实名认证、网上登记、扫码即用、亮码即采、结果速查”等功能模块,实现预约登记、采样检测、结果查询等全流程业务管理,实现多点采样、区域调配、全市统检,可将样本精确分配至尚有工作余量的检测机构,实现合理的资源统筹,满足市民自愿检测需求和区域应急处置工作要求。本文着重介绍支撑大型群体、服务全流程的核酸检测管理系统设计与构建,旨在为相同应用场景提供借鉴意义。

The unified nucleic acid test management system in the whole city is developed by Shanghai Municipal Health Commission.Integrating Internet thinking and intelligent means,such functional modules are constructed as"real name authentication,online registration,code scanning ready-to-use,showing code to collect sampling,and quick test result query",which allowed full procedure management including making appointment,taking samples and checking results,to conduct multi-point sampling,regional deployment,and city-wide inspection.It can accurately assign the sample to the testing institutions that still have a surplus of work,to achieve reasonable resource coordination,so as to meet the citizens'demand for voluntary testing and regional emergency response requirement.This paper focuses on the experience of the design and construction of the nucleic acid test management system which supports the large population and serves the whole process of nucleic acid test,which has certain reference significance.
