摘要
目的全面落实患者安全目标,优化完善危急值管理流程。方法以危急值全流程信息化管理模式期间的数据及经验为依托,对照管理期间发生的变化,分析危急值管理对医院带来的影响。结果2018年第一季度危急值处置及时率为81.31%,2019年第四季度危急值处置及时率为97.80%,危急值处置及时率有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医院借助先进的信息平台,从危急值各个环节进行质量监控,实现了全流程信息化管理,保障了医疗质量及患者安全。
Objective To optimize and perfect the critical value management process,fully implement the goal regarding patients'safety.Methods Based on the data and experience during the whole process of critical value information management,the influence on the hospital was analyzed comparing with the changes during the management period.Results The timeliness rate of critical value disposal was 81.31%in the first quarter of 2018,and 97.80%in the fourth quarter of 2019.The timeliness rate of critical value disposal was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion With the help of advanced information platform,the hospital carries out quality control from every link of critical value,realizing the information-based management of the whole process,and guaranteeing the medical quality and patient safety.
