摘要
大庆油田现有不动管柱多层压裂技术单趟管柱压裂1~5层,在压裂层数及改造规模上不能满足储层改造的需求。通过合理选择配套工具、优化管柱结构、设计逐级解封工具等,实现一趟管柱最多压裂8层,单层最大加砂量达到200 m^(3),全井加砂量500 m^(3),施工排量及最大过液量均满足储层改造需求。采用该工艺对YX58井进行7层压裂,单段最大加砂量为180 m^(3),累计加砂429.5 m^(3),最高泵压57.0 MPa,期间滑套均正常打开,工艺成功。不动管柱6~8层压裂技术可有效减少管柱起下次数,降低储层损害程度,为储层精细划分及有效改造提供技术支持。
The existing immovable string multi-layer fracturing technology in Daqing Oilfield can fracture 1-5 layers with a trip string,which cannot meet the needs of reservoir reconstruction in terms of the number of fracturing layers and reconstruction scale.Through reasonable selection of supporting tools,optimization of string structure and design of step-by-step unsealing tools,the maximum fracturing of 8 layers per trip is realized,the maximum sand adding amount of single layer is 200 m^(3),the sand adding amount of the whole well is 500 m^(3),and the construction displacement and maximum liquid passing amount meet the needs of reservoir reconstruction.This process is used to conduct 7-layer fracturing for Well YX58,the maximum sand addition in a single section is 180 m^(3),with the cumulative sand addition is 429.5 m^(3) and the maximum pump pressure is 57.0 MPa,during which the sliding sleeve can be opened normally,and the process is successful.The fracturing technology of 6-8 layers of immovable string can effectively reduce the times of string tripping,reduce the degree of reservoir damage,and provide technical support for fine reservoir division and effective transformation.
