摘要
在全基因组中对金针菇(Flammulina filiformis)MYB转录因子进行鉴定,发现其中存在13个MYB转录因子,亚细胞定位和蛋白结构预测发现所有MYB转录因子均为包含螺旋-转角-螺旋结构的核蛋白;对金针菇菌丝、原基、幼嫩子实体和成熟子实体中MYB基因的表达量进行测定,与在菌丝阶段相比,Ff10734、Ff11788和Ff13454基因在原基、幼嫩子实体和成熟子实体阶段显著上调表达;顺式作用元件扫描发现金针菇基因组中存在4353个潜在的MYB靶基因,基因功能分析结果表明MYB靶基因可能涉及细胞器形成、初级代谢产物合成以及次级代谢产物积累等生物学过程。
Genome-wide analysis of Flammulina filiformis MYB transcription factors identified 13 MYB genes in F.filiformis.Both subcellular localization prediction and structure prediction showed that all the identified MYB transcription factors were nuclear proteins containing helix-turn-helix structures.The expression levels of Ff10734,Ff11788 and Ff13454 were up-regulated in the primordium,young fruiting body and mature fruiting body stages compared with the mycelium stage.Genome wide cis-acting element scanning revealed 4353 potential MYB target genes.These target genes may participate in organelle formation,primary metabolite synthesis and secondary metabolite accumulation in F.filiformis.
