温度与盐分对囊果碱蓬种子萌发特性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 通过对不同变温(20℃/5℃、25℃/10℃、30℃/15℃和35℃/20℃)与盐分(0、100、200、400、600和800mmol/L NaCl)互作下囊果碱蓬(Suaeda physophora)种子萌发率、萌发速率和萌发势的测定,探索其适应干旱区荒漠盐碱环境的机制。研究结果表明,囊果碱蓬种子的萌发率、萌发速率和萌发势均受到盐分与温度及其交互作用的显著影响,种子萌发过程表现出了较高耐盐性。100mmol/L盐分条件下,20℃/5℃处理下的种子萌发率、萌发速率和萌发势均高于25℃/10℃、30℃/15℃和35℃/20℃处理,800mmol/L盐分条件下,30℃/15℃和35℃/20℃处理下的萌发参数均高于20℃/5℃和25℃/10℃处理。回归分析显示,囊果碱蓬种子在20℃/5℃、25℃/10℃、30℃/15℃和35℃/20℃处理下萌发时,其耐盐适宜值分别为273、224、402和327mmol/L,极限值分别为774、803、1446和992mmlo/L。综上所述,根据耐盐适宜值、极限值及萌发速率和萌发势推断,30℃/15℃是囊果碱蓬种子萌发的最适宜条件。以上结果可为干旱盐碱环境中囊果碱蓬的种群重建、恢复及开发利用提供理论依据和技术指导。 Suaeda physophora seeds germination percent,rate,and potential were determined under the interaction of different temperatures(20℃/5℃,25℃/10℃,30℃/15℃and 35℃/20℃)and saline concentrations(0,100,200,400,600 and 800 mmol/L NaCl)to explore the mechanism of its adaptation to the salt-alkali environment in the arid area.The results showed that the germination percent,rate and potential of S.physophora seeds were significantly affected by salinity,temperature and their interactions.Higher salinity tolerance of seeds was observed during germination.In 100 mmol/L NaCl treatment,the seed germination percent,rate and potential under 20℃/5℃were significantly higher than those under 25℃/10℃,30℃/15℃and 35℃/20℃.In 800 mmol/L NaCl treatment,above germination parameters under 30℃/15℃and 35℃/20℃were significantly higher than those under 20℃/5℃and 25℃/10℃.Regression analysis revealed that when the seeds of S.physophora germinated at 20℃/5℃,25℃/10℃,30℃/15℃and 35℃/20℃,the appropriate salinity tolerance values were 273,224,402 and 327mmol/L,respectively,and the limit values were 774,803,1446 and 992 mmol/L,respectively.In conclusion,according to the suitable and limit value of salinity tolerance,germination rate and potential,30℃/15℃was the most suitable condition for seed germination of S.physophora.These results provided theoretical basis and technical guidance for population reconstruction,restoration,development and utilization of S.physophora in the salt-alkali environment in the arid area.
