城市黑臭水体长效治理方法初探——以福州市茶亭河为例 被引量:3

摘要 城市黑臭水体问题日益严重,很多河道治理后返淤、返臭,黑臭水体治理陷入反复治理的恶循环。为打破这种恶循环,以福州市茶亭河黑臭水体治理为例,初步探索了城市黑臭水体长效治理的方法。结果表明,采用河床底泥原位覆盖和再造河床活性底泥等关键技术,能全面有效地控制水体底泥污染,提升水体自净能力,重建河道的自净化生态系统,最终达到黑臭水体长效治理。 The problem of black and odorous water bodies in cities is becoming more and more serious.Many rivers return to silt and odor after treatment,and the treatment of black and odorous water bodies has fallen into a vicious cycle of repeated treatment.In order to break this vicious cycle,taking the treatment of the black and smelly water body of the Chating River in Fuzhou City as an example,the method of long-term treatment of the black and smelly water body in the city was initially explored.The results showed that the use of key technologies such as in-situ coverage of riverbed sediments and reconstruction of riverbed active sediments could comprehensively and effectively control the pollution of the water body sediments,enhance the self-purification capacity of the water body,rebuild the self-purifying ecosystem of the river channel,and finally achieved the long-term effect of the black and odorous water body governance.
