煤矿主要通风机配电系统双电源切换装置应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为排除煤矿井内瓦斯等有毒有害气体,提高矿产开采的安全性,保证井内持续通风至关重要。设计了一种煤矿主要通风机配电系统双电源切换装置,并对其应用过程进行研究。利用电压互感器采集煤矿主要通风机系统供电时的电压信号,并去噪处理电压信号。基于BP神经网络构建供电异常判别模型,在主电源供电不正常状况下,通过继电保护装置控制主电源电路上的断路器开闸,切断电力供应,同时向辅电源断路器发出合闸命令,将供电任务切换到辅电源上执行;主电源异常被排除之后,重复上述过程切换回主电源供电。结果表明,应用所设计装置将主电源切换至辅电源,所用时间为2.36 s;主辅电源切回到主电源,所用时间为1.25 s,动作时间更短,说明所设计的装置切换速度快,更能保证煤矿主要通风机系统持续运行。 In order to eliminate gas and other toxic and harmful gases in coal mines,it is very important to improve the safety of mining and ensure the continuous ventilation in the well.A dual power switching device for ventilation distribution system of main ventilator in coal mine was designed,and its application process was also studied.Use voltage transformer to collect the voltage signal of coal mine main fan ventilation system power supply,and denoise the voltage signal,build a power supply abnormality discrimination model based on BP neural network,when the main power supply is abnormal,the main power supply circuit is controlled by the relay protection device open the circuit breaker on the upper side to cut off the power supply,and at the same time issue a closing command to the auxiliary power circuit breaker to switch the power supply task to the auxiliary power supply;when the main power supply abnormality is eliminated,repeat the above process to switch back to the main power supply.The results showed that under the application of the designed device,it took 2.36 s for the main power supply to switch to the auxiliary power supply;the main and auxiliary power supply switches back to the main power supply for 1.25 s,and the action time is shorter.This showed that the designed device the fast switching speed ensures the continuous operation of the main fan ventilation system of the coal mine.
