摘要 煤炭开发与地下水资源保护之间的矛盾日益突出,煤炭开发在促进社会经济发展的同时也给当地生态环境带来了较大破坏,尤其对地下水资源的影响更为显著。如何实现煤炭开发与水资源保护间的相互协调是当前煤矿开采面临的巨大难题。通过分析煤矿开采对水资源尤其是对顶底板含水层的影响,进一步阐述了煤炭开采与水资源保护技术的技术进展情况及当前可实现保水开采的2种基本技术途径:以“堵截法”和“疏导法”为理念的保水开采技术的适用性和面临的技术难题,提出矿井要在不断探索实践中科学合理地选择适用于矿井自身的保水开采技术,对解决当前煤矿开发与水资源保护之间面临的双重难题,对矿井可持续发展具有一定的指导作用和借鉴意义。 The contradiction between the coal mining and the protection of groundwater resources is becoming more and more prominent.Coal mining not only promotes social and economic development,but also brings great damage to local ecological environment,especially the impact on groundwater resources is more significant.Therefor,how to realize the coordination between coal exploitation and water resources protection is a huge problem facing coal mining at present.This paper introduced the influence of coal mining on water resources,especially on the aquifer of roof and floor.Further elaborate the progress of coal mining and water resources protection technology and two basic technical approaches to realize water conservation mining at present:the applicability and technical problems of water-preserved mining technology based on the concept of"blocking method"and"drainage method",the paper put forward that it is necessary to choose the water conservation mining technology scientifically and reasonably,which is suitable for the mine itself to solve the dual problems faced by the current coal mine development and water resources protection in the continuous exploration and practice of the mine.It has certain guiding function and reference significance to the sustainable development of coal mine.
