肺炎支原体肺炎患儿肺功能检查临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Pulmonary Function Examination in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的探究肺炎支原体肺炎患儿肺功能检查临床价值。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月收治的肺炎患儿129例为研究对象,其中非肺炎支原体感染肺炎患儿为对照组(n=64),肺炎支原体感染肺炎患儿为治疗组(n=65),以及儿童保健门诊健康儿童为健康对照组(n=65),对三组儿童展开肺功能检查并对比其肺功能检查结果。结果治疗组患儿VC、FEV1、MVV、FVC、PEF、MMF、FIV1、FET、PIF值低于对照组,而对照组、治疗组患儿各肺功能指标值低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较非肺炎支原体感染肺炎患儿,支原体感染肺炎患儿阻塞性通气功能障碍更为严重。

Objective To explore the clinical value of pulmonary function examination in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 129 children with pneumonia admitted to Yixing Second People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the objects of this study.Among them,children with non-mycoplasma pneumonia were in the control group(n=64),children with mycoplasma pneumonia were in the treatment group(n=65),and healthy children in the child health care clinic were in the healthy control group(n=65).Pulmonary function tests were carried out in the three groups of children and the results of pulmonary function tests were compared.Results The values of VC,FEV1,MVV,FVC,PEF,MMF,FIV1,FET and PIF in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,while the indexes of lung function in the control group and the treatment group were lower than those in the healthy control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Obstructive ventilatory dysfunction was more severe in children with mycoplasma pneumonia than in children without mycoplasma pneumonia.
