应用降纤酶治疗脑梗死部分血栓与止血检验指标的变化分析

Analysis of the Changes of the Indexes of Hemostasis and Thrombus in Cerebral Infarction Treated with Defibrase

目的分析降纤酶治疗脑梗死部分血栓的临床效果。方法选取神经内科收取的70例脑梗死部分血栓患者,按摸球法分为两组,对照组35例,常规治疗;观察组35例,对照组基础上给予降纤酶治疗;统计临床效果,比较患者凝血指标、脑血流量循环变化。结果观察组(94.29%)、对照组(74.29%)总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FIB含量低于对照组,PT、APTT高于对照组,治疗后Vmin、Qmin高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降纤酶治疗脑梗死部分血栓,起到较好效果,凝血功能改善,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of defibrase in the treatment of partial thrombosis in cerebral infarction.Methods 70 patients with cerebral infarction and partial thrombus collected from the department of neurology were selected and divided into two groups according to the ball-touching method,35 patients in the control group were treated conventionally,while 35 patients in the observation group were treated with defibrase on the basis of the control group,to collect clinical effect,compare the changes of coagulation index and cerebral blood flow circulation.Results There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group(94.29%)and the control group(74.29%)(P<0.05).After treatment,FIB content in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,PT and APTT were higher than those in the control group,and Vmin and Qmin after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Defibrase is effective in the treatment of partial thrombus in cerebral infarction,and the coagulation function is improved.
